1. Orders 订单

All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to substitute flowers, wrapping, or other materials with similar alternatives when necessary.

所有订单需视花材供应情况而定。如遇花材或包装缺货，我们有权使用相同或相近的替代品。

2. Customised Bouquets 订制花束

Each bouquet is uniquely handmade and may vary slightly from the reference photo. The overall style, colour palette, and value will be maintained as closely as possible.

每一束花皆为手工订制，成品可能与参考照片略有不同。我们会尽可能保持整体风格、色系及花礼价值。

3. Payment 付款

Orders will only be confirmed once full payment has been received.

订单需在收到全额付款后方正式确认。

4. Cancellation & Changes 取消及修改订单

Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to make changes or cancel an order. Once preparation has started, cancellation or changes may not be possible.

如需修改或取消订单，请尽早联系我们。订单一旦开始制作，可能无法取消或更改。

5. Delivery 配送

Delivery time may vary due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances. Please ensure that the recipient's details are accurate and complete.

配送时间可能因交通、天气或其他不可预见因素而有所延误。请确保收件人资料准确及完整。

6. Product Quality 花材品质

Flowers are natural products, and slight variations in colour, size, shape, and freshness are normal.

鲜花属于天然产品，颜色、大小、形状及新鲜程度出现轻微差异均属正常情况。

7. Refunds & Complaints 退款及投诉

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, refunds are generally not available once the order has been delivered. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours with clear photos for us to review.

由于鲜花属于易腐产品，订单配送完成后一般不接受退款。如订单出现问题，请在收到花束后24小时内联系我们，并提供清晰照片以便处理。

8. Acceptance of Terms 条款接受

By placing an order with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
